A new procedure in line with Law 25 on the protection of personal information is now in place. Before we can proceed with registrations this session, we are required to ask for your consent to use your personal data for registration purposes. Please check the box confirming your consent that will appear on the screen if you use our online registration platform. If you prefer to register in person at the counter, we will ask for your verbal consent and check the box for you.

Refund Policy
New Refund Policy for Dorval Day Camp and Adventure Quest Camp
Refund Request
Please note that you have until June 16, 2025, at 3:30 p.m. to cancel via the Amilia application. Administration fees of $11.50 will be withheld for each cancelled week.
After this date, all refund requests must be addressed, in writing, to the Leisure and Culture Department (lc@ville.dorval.qc.ca) and received at the latest seven (7) open days before the beginning of the activity. Note that late cancellation fees of 25 % of the full amount plus administration fees of $11.50 will be deducted for each cancelled week. Thereafter, only refunds for medical reasons will be granted.
Refund Request for Medical Reasons
The person must provide a doctor's note attesting to the child’s medical condition. Administration fees of $11.50 will be withheld.
Note
For all refunds, please allow four to six weeks for a cheque, a reimbursement on the credit card used for purchase, or a credit in the Amilia account, to be issued.
There are no refunds for days missed.
Week Transfer
It is possible to switch weeks depending on availability, upon receipt of a written request addressed to the Leisure and Culture Department (lc@ville.dorval.qc.ca) and received at least seven (7) working days before the date the child is registered. Administration fees of $11.50 will be withheld.

The information collected via this form is necessary for the operation of the property valuation site tab. It is intended to be processed exclusively by City of Dorval employees who require access to it in the course of their duties, as well as by current or future subcontractors or partners for exclusively technical and logistical reasons.
