The City of Dorval can count on a splendid venue attached to the École secondaire Dorval-Jean-XXIII. Endowed with remarkable acoustics, the auditorium houses 375 seats and hosts concerts, family and dance shows, plays, and even popular movies as part our Night Out at the Movies series.

The Dorval Library offers resources and documentation in all domains and is full of wonderful books thanks to its vast catalogue. Its collection includes over 75,000 volumes, magazines, compact discs, audio books, and educational games. The Library also offers its citizens a home loan service as well as a wide range of activities, films, conferences, tutorials, and programs.

- Monday to Friday: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Library’s exterior book drop box as well as the book drop box at the Surrey Aquatic and Community Centre for document returns are open at all times.
Library Membership
Anyone can become a member upon presentation of a valid ID card and proof of residency. Registration cards for members under 16 years of age must be signed by a parent or guardian. Membership is free for Dorval residents and for teachers of Dorval schools. Annual membership fees apply for non-residents.

Overlooking the shores of the beautiful Lake St. Louis, the Peter B. Yeomans Cultural Centre is a recognized professional venue providing a platform for renowned, emerging, and local artists.

Every artist, group, or institution wishing to expose their works at the Peter B. Yeomans Cultural Centre must complete a submission proposal.
