The City of Dorval’s Bird Committee and Environment Committee invite you to take part in several free activities organized in celebration of World Migratory Bird Day.
From 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.
At Mousseau-Vermette Park
Join members of the Technoparc Oiseaux team for a guided birdwatching walk at Mousseau-Vermette Park, which acts as a natural habitat for a variety of birds. Bring your binoculars and a bottle of water, and keep your eyes peeled!
The trail may be muddy, so don’t forget to bring your boots! No prior birdwatching experience is necessary, and people of all ages are welcome.
At 10 a.m.
At Valois Bay Park
Meet members of the Association des amateurs d’hirondelles du Québec for a guided birdwatching activity featuring our famous Purple Martins. Attend a lecture on these magnificent birds that call Valois Bay Park home.
